I ADORE garlic...LOVE IT, that aroma, that taste, those wonderful recipes, I LOVE GARLIC!!!
I also love anything spicy, not too hot mind you but just enough heat that you think, just think you "may" have to take a drink but then you don't. I am not that fond of sweets although dark chocolate has decided to come into my life.
I collect menus from all types of restaurants so should you ever find an unusual one I'd love to have it. It is amazing when you tell the owner or a staff person at the restaurant that you collect menus how often they will give you one even if it is leather bound.
I found this site so many years ago and have never left it albeit I do not get as much of a chance to be on it now as I did in the past but it is and always will be my go to for a recipe or to ask a question (community forums) site.

ANYTHING made with Garlic! I also adore very spicy foods, anchovies, artichokes, a perfectly cooked thick mid-rare steak, prime rib, lobster, shrimp, Chinese food, LIFE...and the list goes on! Who can possibly narrow down this category...let's face it, I love food!
