    "So Good and very quick to put together. I did a quick blanch like a dip in hot water and took right out into an ice bath. Just to brighten the color. I did have to whisk the dressing ingredients which I cut by 1/3`d and skipped the sugar. The tart sweet dried cherries filled in for the sugar.     "I made 1/5 of the amount and ate it all! Omitted the garlic found the chili-garlic sauce was enough I did use 1/2 teaspoon. As for the cashew butter I placed cashews in the blender along with the oils, vinegar and beans and processed till creamy. Used just a touch of the soy. Love the ginger, cilantro and anise. Thanks"

    "Creamy goodness. I defrosted baby Lima's and then blended them with lime juice, juice from the tomato and added some of the avocado. Mixed the rest of the ingredients except I skipped the mayonnaise keeping it even lighter. YUMMO! Thanks Sharon."
