"For more authenticity I used coconut oil for the vegetable oil, low fat coconut milk for the milk, cilantro/coriander leaves for freshness, the cayenne replaced with1 dried red chili nice and spicy. ; I opted for the paneer. Loved the sweetness the raisins gave the dish. Served for lunch with naan.

"I add 1 teaspoon cinnamon always goes in my oatmeal. I didn`t measure the chips and raisins just grabbed handfuls and voila yummy cookies. They were on the flat side. Maybe should have been chilled or shortening used to keep them from going flat.

"Oh YES!!!!!! Loved this. It was so simple to put together. The salt amount can be cut back. I did use coconut oil for the olive oil. I was surprised to see Serrano chili used here. I expected more of a thin long green chili. But it worked. Thanks. Made for Lively Lemon Lovelies of ZWT #8.

"Excellent! I did have to play with the frying. Do make sure to heat the pan first then a good amount of ghee then place the the batter. Very similar to potato pancakes with a kick. I did let ferment overnight. I`m learning to like curry leaves. But doing it slowly 1 leaf at a time. Thank you made for Lively Lemon Lovelies of ZWT #8 . Namaste"
