"This was AMAZING!!! I used it for wet burritos. I would cut back just a lil bit on the chili powder (for my taste and I know this is going to sound really strange but I added just a tiny bit of cinnamon to it to balance out the tomato taste. "I love the Caramel it is DELICIOUS! One problem I had was I used waxed paper to line the dish for it to set up; BAD IDEA! I'm going to make again and this time I will use the plastic wrap as the directions say. I think it will work better. Thanks for the recipe! This is now one of my favorites!"

"The flavor was out of this world and the syrup I think made it complete. Only problem was the pancakes were a bit thin. "I have always done my corn in the microwave, I don't think I will ever do it that way again! I used a pastry brush and brushed the ear of corn with butter first, and I did put just a little bit of sea salt and fresh ground pepper on it then cooked it, I LOVED IT!!!!
