I saved myself some calories by using fat free Half and Half instead of Heavy Cream and I used wheat flour.     "Impressive. This is the first dish I've tried from recipezaar and all I can say is wow. The only change I made was to add a Tbl of Mongolian Fire Oil® to the chicken while it was browning, which added an additional hint of spice after taste. I would give this six stars if I could. Again, WOW!"

    "This was fantastic. I've always had problems with the rice being under done, and frankly, not very tasty. This is an excellent base for what ever your needs, I've used it with Asian dishes as well as a side for steak and tomato gravy. I can't recommend this enough."
