I only have a handful of recipes that I treasure and cook on as frequent of basis as possible. I want to "broaden" my cook book and try new things.
Beef... the more rare the better. Pork... in all Mexican/New Mexican foods. I make the best Green Chili Stew, the recipe for which I may share here some day :-) I lived for 10 years, in New Mexico and came to love "New" Mexican food, as well as many Native American dishes.
I'm in the process of moving to Ecuador, so I'm on the lookout for traditional Ecuadorian recipes.
