"I did this for a birthday party for 20 that I did with a Southwestern theme--this was definitely my favorite. The marinate made the beef amazing. The sauce just made it so unbelievable. Love it!!! Everyone else did to!!! You must make this. I made it with a mixture of corn, potatoes, black beans etc from food network for a whole Southwestern..."
