"Recipe worked perfectly. My 3 kids were traveling 150 miles to my house, so their arrival time was uncertain. I just did the pre-cook, turned off the oven, and waited for them to arrive. Then cooked for the last hour and it came out perfectly.Good job on the recipe."

"Excellent recipe...quick, easy and delicious. The first time I made it I didn't have any type of meat on hand so made it without and loved it. I've made Egg Foo Yung before but was always disappointed with the sauce. This recipe sauce was excellent and tangy. But it definitely deserves 5 stars.....I too have ordered many creme brulee's at various restaurants and this is the closest to the best I've had...."

"Very, very good.....the sauce is delicious ...... When the meat was done, I removed it and took half of the remaining sauce and ran it through a food processor, and then added some flour and thickened it the crockpot. Served it over rice with the meat on the side....I'll be making this again and again I'm sure......."

"Very quick and interesting combination. Needs a little more flavor I think. I would add sour cream and a tbl of Worcestershire to spice it up a bit. "
