    I've been cooking and baking almost every day for the past 27 months ever since I moved here from Kuala Lumpur. Enjoy food discussions pretty much.

    Friends and other half love my roti jala (turmeric lacy pancakes) eaten with chicken curry or fish curry. They also like my cakes, bread, cookies and muffins.

    There are so many things to discover and enjoy in the world of cooking and baking.

    Favorite Foods

    char kway teow (Malaysian-Chinese stir-fried flat rice noodles with cockles and prawns), curries, traditional Malaysian, chocolate chip n dried cranberry cookies, cakes n muffins, apple pie, rhubarb pie, stir-fried rice or noodles, bryani rice, roasted chicken wings and thighs, soups, light pasta varieties, Koenigsbberger Klopse (German meatballs in caper sauce), Berlin potato soup, Meerettich Karotten (mashed carrots with radish), saute'ed leek, pesto pasta, fish n potato patties, Spanish omelette, sushi, sashimi, and pork dishes.
