"I admit that I didn't have a clue how to make asparagus before I tried this recipe. I knew I liked it but was intimidated by the idea of cooking them because I had experienced that "stringiness" before and didn't know how to avoid it. These turned out perfectly. I used 2 cups of cheese and I think I would use more next time. I love thick soups and I never thought I would say this but it was a little too thick for me. Added a little milk to the leftovers for a thinne..."

"This smelled wonderful cooking. I used homemade bbq sauce and everybody loved it. My sauce is sweet to begin with so next time I think I will try a less sweet bottled sauce to see how it will taste. I recommend this!"
