    About Me

    I've been vegetarian for the past 10 months because of an allergy that developed to anything with meat products in it, and I'm still trying to get used to the distinct lack of meat in my diet, while satisfying my meat-loving SO's appetite. It's slowly driving me crazy, but thanks to this site, I'm able to find a decent variety of recipes that fit my diet and satisfy my appetite.

    I'm also a baking junkie, and having a good source of sweet treat recipes at my disposal keeps me busy.

    Other than that, not sure what else to say about myself.
