    Reviewed Parmesan Mashed Potatoes

"This was best potatoes ever! I couldn't really detect the sage, but the Parmesan just melted and added a tang that was great. Yum!"

Reviewed Best Ever Green Bean Casserole

"I wanted to try a new approach to the standard green bean thing. This was easy and good. I didn't have the time to make te onions and substituted the ones out of the can. Otherwise, the heat was too high and had to turn it down after 10 minutes bc the edges were starting to burn. Will do again."

    Reviewed Linguine with Tuna Puttanesca

"The basics of this recipe were good, but I don't like tuna, so I added salmon from a package instead. It was ok, but still not the best. I think it would have tasted great without the fish. Easy to make and quick.""

Reviewed Dressed-Up Bacon Mac and Cheese

"This recipe was good. The sauce took a long time to thicken, which could have been because I used cold milk. The flavor was a little bland, needs more salt and spices, but it was creamy inside and the topping was crunchy. Just eat it immediately or it loses the creaminess."
