    About Me

I'm a stay-at-home mom who's addicted to coupons. Nothing like getting a carload full of goodies for under a buck! I'm also always fighting my kitchen gadget and cake pan addictions.

    Favorite Foods

So far, I've mastered the art of stuffed green peppers, enchilladas, swiss steak, SOS (chipped beef on toast), pork chops in gravy, spaghetti casserole, pancakes, carrot cake, lemmon cake, peanut butter cookies, pineapple upside-down cake, and chocolate chip cookies. No recipe goes into my binder unless it's perfection.

I go in spurts with cooking; I'll cook like a madwoman for a month, then not cook at all for a while. Once my son's a bit older, I'm sure I'll be cooking more. If his current appetite is any indication, we won't be able to afford to take him out to dinner every night once he's older!
