    About Me

    I like to cook and have been cooking since I was twelve. I hardly ever use a receipe except as an informal guide.

    I sing barbershop and other forms of a cappella music.

    My favorite, although sometimes confounding, cookbook would be the Joy of Cooking.

    My favorite cooking hardware is my Big Green Egg smoker. I use it to smoke turkey, ribs, and just about anything else.

    Favorite Foods

    My favorite dish to cook would be pancakes for my 6 year old daughter. That is our Sunday morning breakfast.

    My other favorite to cook is smoked pork loin.

    The dish I'm most famous (in my family anyway) is Alton Brown's City Ham. It is a fabulous recipe.
