"Only used the rub portion of this recipe. I added more coffee (actually used fine ground espresso because it didn't seem like enough rub for 2 chops, which was a slight mistake. Was pretty heavy on the coffee flavor, but still good. The original amount should be sufficient. Also decided that it really needed the sauce. Still a great flavor/recipe."
