"What an awesome recipe. This is one of those copycats that is so close to the real thing you wouldn't know the difference. I've made this 5 or 6 times, and my only advice is to be careful with the mayo/thai chili sauce. If you use too much, it can be too sweet. I usually use slightly under the recommended portions."
