    About Me

I live in Lancaster, California, the uppermost edge of Los Angeles County in the desert. Married and cooking at home for health reasons. I am a social sciences researcher and web designer.

My Good Housekeeping Illustrated Cookbook remains a dependable source. But I LOVE the internet access to everything under the sun. I'm a religious Food Network viewer. I also like the Los Angeles Times recipes; they have published cookbook that I love.

Right now, Summer 2003, I am teaching myself to make bread. All kinds, just me and my kitchenaid mixer.

Someday I will take a bread baking class and it will probably be in Paris. The ultimate vacation for me.
