"Both my spouse and I loved this recipe! I made it without any onions, using 2 Tablespoons of chicken bouillion and 1 Tablespoon of veggie bouillion and 12 cups water. Delicious!"

I'm a stay-at home mom to two little boys and 2 active Giant schnauzers.
My favorite things are reading, doing arts and crafts, eating, and genealogy. (Guess which ones I don't have time for, now that I have kids!)
My pet peeve is spending hours on a recipe to have it turn our horrible--- I've learned not to bother with recipes that feature ingredients I don't like, because I'll never like them!
I don't usually like "hot" spicy foods. I grew up with the typical Midwestern "meat and potatoes" and/or "burgers and fries" and I'm trying to adjust my tastes to a vegetarian palate.
My husband, (who frequently rates anything I cook) prefers spicy dishes and low-carb dishes, and hates "bland American food" and casseroles.
I am a big-time sweets-aholic, especially chocolate!
