"Made the roast following the general directions and adding some items as Lee & Peren worestershire and rubbing the roast with Kitchen Bouquet Browning and Seasoning sauce. I added 1 1/2 cup of chicken flavor soup base (didn't have beef flavor). I found that the 20 min searing is too long and I only did 10 min. Use more garlic... 5 cloves.I seared ..."
