I am a fitness fanatic lately. I didn't used to be. After I started making everyone fat from my bomb cooking, well one day I couldn't fit in my fatpants and that was it! I started a diet, changed my cooking habits to low fat, low cal and hit zee gym. Now I am some sort of gym freak working out a minimum of 5 days a week 2-21/2 hours a pop. So if you have some awesome recipe that won't make me fat, please pass it on down!
I do like to live it up once in awhile too, so if you have some jaw dropping recipe that I MUST splurge for, well I'm game too! I learned my mad cooking skillz early on because well, mom sucked from the get go, my sisters set fire to everything they touched and my dad could burm a can of soup. I thought, 'hey cooking can't be that hard' said Hello to 3 consecutive years of Home Ec...and well the family chef was born!
Now people fight over my cooking! Literally, if there is one extra apple thyme gorgonzola stuffed chop left people duke it out to get it!!
Pet peeve? Back seat cooking. Amazing how people try it while I am holding a knife!
