"This was an excellent recipe. So fast to prepare and so delicious. I did tune the recipe a bit: instead of 1/2 teaspoons I did add 2 teaspoons of cayenne pepper and I also did add 1 teaspoon of ginger powder to the flour mixture. I also doubled the amount of curry. This makes it hot. The yogurt and hottenes of the sauce mix well together.

"Extremely easy to prepare. And delicious. Instead of garlic powder I used fresh garlic gloves. I did put 3 of those.Next time I am planning to add also some fresh tomato slices."

"My girlfriend made the Twice Baked Potatoes for us. We had these with lamb roast and I must say that it was soooooooooooo delicious combination! :- Just crossed my mind that it would be worthwile to try mix blue cheese (eventhough I am not the biggest one of it to the potato mash mixture."
