Reviewed Cherry Pound Cake With Cherry Nut Frosting
"This is the exact recipe I have from a cookbook I received from mama when I married in 1975. It is so moist and has the best cherry flavor. My late Aunt Bessie used to make these or have them made every Christmas."

I'm a wife and mom of 3 grown sons. They all live with my husband, me, and one of my best buddies Bear (a lab retriever). I'm not the best cook but love to experiment. Maybe too much! LOL I can cook good basic foods. I cook in big batches so there's plenty and some for leftovers. It saves time, money, and energy.
My family likes Italian dishes. Also some Mexican dishes. Also I cook just the basic family meals such as chili beans, meatloaf, pork chops, lots of creamed potatoes! I have 3 big son's and a husband so I love to sneak in a few new recipes now and then.
