    I'm 36, married and live in Fairfax, VA. I'm still an amateur cook but I love making all kinds of recipes, especially Middle Eastern and Indian. My favorite cookbook is currently my Williams and Sonoma 'Sauces'. My passions are reading, writing, cooking, spending time with my husband and animals. My pet peeves are intolerant and over-confident people.

    Favorite Foods

    Kibbeh, Lamb Masala, Lamb Kabob, Veggie Pizza, Rice and yogurt, I love sweets from the Middle East as well. My favorite dish to cook is a grilled lamb and eggplant dish, it is also the dish I am famous for. My favorite restaurant is the Afghan Restaurant in Alexandria, VA.
