    About Me

    I am a young mother of 3 wonderful children...homemaker, stay-at-home-mom, domestic goddess..whatever you will =).
    I really enjoy cooking and baking...and messing around with different things, creating some yummies and alot of ewww groowse..i'm not doing that again! My twin and I taught ourselves to cook early in life and I guess i never grow out of the "hmm wonder what this will taste like" phase =). I would really like to go to school one day to do this right..er..at least say "hey i'm a professional food experimenter!' lol. oh and I cant spell so...something to work on if I post recipes eh?

    Favorite Foods

    Chinese without a doubt! my fav food. I really like to prepare Mexican and tex mex dishes because frankly..I LOVE CHEESE! but nothing beat baking, the more chocolate the better! everyone who knows me begs me to make taco salad, or chimichangas...or cookies...or pineapple upside down cake!
    as much as i like cooking..id rather eat out every day..like i say to my hubby..i'll cook for you and then go out to eat lol...it doesn't matter where like all types of food, cant say i have a fav place to eat, but when i'm undecided..take out Chinese all the way babe!
