"I've had this recipe in my "to-try" file for quite sometime. Made it tonight with chicken thighs. I also didn't use Corn Flake crumbs, but crushed some regular Corn Flakes. "I loved the flavour of this but had an issue with the orange peel/sugar mix. Because of the moisture in the peel it kept clumping the sugar. No matter how long I blended it I still had large chunks of peel."
