    About Me

I live in Sydney, Australia. I am a book designer and layout artist who loves to dance and cook, not at the same time but for the same reason: fun. I?m a huge fan of the Marie Claire series of cookbooks. My favourite is ?Fresh?. I?m passionate about photography and the main thing that peeves me is that I?m bad at it. I can never think of anything to say about myself.

    Favorite Foods

My favourite food is seafood but that doesn?t involve much cooking and I love to cook complicated recipes. My partner tells everyone that I cook the best pork filet in the world, but I think the time she remembers was just luck. My favourite food comes from a small Chinese takeaway with one of those great open kitchens and they make everything in this simple way that seems totally authentic.
