    About Me

I am an Indian living in Atlanta USA. I started cooking while I was in Jakarta Indonesia, when my maid went on a few days leave.

What I cooked turned out good and then it was no stopping. I cook whenever I feel like which could be any day.

My wife and daughter enjoy my cooking and I have experimented with ingredients and have come up with tasty recipes.

    Favorite Foods

I enjoy Asian food as I find them complete and spicy but I am not too particular about it.

I enjoyed my stay in Jakarta and the Padang Cuisine was my favorite.

I enjoy cooking the Indian Kadhai Chicken and Chicken with Red Chillies as they are my daughters favorite.
