I love to cook. In fact, I've made into a sort of hobby. If that makes any sense. Once I've tried a new recipe, I generally like to make it in different variations. So, to try something new (texture, seasonings etc., and what ingredients do what to different ingredients) excites me. Sounds crazy, maybe, but that is all a part of enjoying life. I'm 51 and have my 3 1/2 year old grandson, whom is my son now (we just went through with our adoption) and continue to have more fun in the kitchen with him. Oh. . . he also keeps me young! HaHa.
