Reviewed Sauteed Spinach With Red Onion, Bacon & Blue Cheese
"Very fast and delicious. I would saute more onion next time and add the garlic at the same time as the bacon. A drizzle of balsamic vinegar makes this even better. Thanks for sharing!"

I like to write, read, ride horses, garden and of course, cook! My many cookbooks are sadly neglected since I've found Zaar. My old standby cookbook would have to be Better Homes and Gardens.
I like to bake and used to make Burnt Cream a lot. My most requested recipe would have to be my Thanksgiving rolls, followed by raspberry pie, Cherry Garcia ice cream and baby back ribs. My favorite restaurant is a little Chinese place about 22 miles from my house. Their Crispy Shrimp is soooo good!
