"This recipe is a keeper and worth repeating, it totally has the Wow factor. I used skin-on thighs and drummies & threw in 1 breast for good measure. I doubled up on the onions, added 1 cup or so of chicken stock so there was more sauce and the "optional" pepper flakes. I served it over a bed of ribbon noodles. A lip smacker for sure !"

"I agree with Manda, inexpensive ingredients all commonly found in the kitchen. I thought both dishes delivered as best they could given that they are what they are ~ simple dishes. The next day my folks were looking for the leftovers. What !!! None left !!! I rest my case, enjoy ..."
