    My Journal

I have no recent activity to share.

    About Me

I live in sunny San Diego. I am a realtor by trade and mom for life. I work out ,play tennis and spend quality time with my kids.I love most all cookbooks-no favorites. I am a certified chef and (obviously) love to cook and collect wines.I can not tolerate rude or mean people. Life's too short to be unkind. If I had a month off I would read ,garden, see friends,relax...play!

    Favorite Foods

My favorite foods are Italian. I'm 1/2 Italian my self so Ima sorta born into it. My husband and I also fish so I am famous for making a variety of seafood. We also can our own tuna-yum!I recently visited my brother in Guatamala and his housekeeper showed me some cooking techniques and dishes indigenous to many latin countries. I am always learning and trying new things the more authentic the better..
