"Wow!!! I made these with BH featherlite flour mix. They were unbelievable! We took them to a Christmas party and they were gone in a flash."

"Made this for Christmas. It was very popular. The filling is easy to make and is very rich. I make my own GF shell out of crushed GF cookies. Will make again for sure."

"Excellent stuffing - Just like my Grandmother used to make it. I had to make it separately as my daughter must eat gluten free. I added a bit more broth and it was great."

"I made this for a quick dinner one nite - It came together quickly and easiy. I served it with a green salad to get some veggies in. I found it a bit dry and may add a bit of milk next time. The kids loved it!"

"As I made this recipe, I questioned the amount of baking powder it called for. I should have followed my instincts and reduced it at least by half. The cookies blew up to the size of 1/2 a baseball and then shrank as they cooled to resemble a large, orange prune! They tasted ok, but with the way they presented, I could not bring them to a lunch..."

"I found this recipe in one of B. Hagman's cookbooks and made them for Christmas. They were very good. Crisp on outside with a nice chewy center. The kids enjoyed decorating them. The dough was incredibly easy to work with. My 6 year old was rolling it out and cutting cookies! Great family recipe and activity."

"This was delicious and very easy. My entire family enjoyed it. It is a great lunchbox treat. I changed the recipe just a bit to tone down the lemon taste. (I love the lemon, but my celiac kid does not. I added almond extract instead of the lemon extract. Keeper! 10.5" round 22 mins."

"Very easy to prepare. I tested at 20 minutes and tester came out dry. Muffins were tasty, texture a bit chewy. Will make again for sure."

"I am glad I read the other reviews. It is true that 1lb of confectioner's sugar is not enough. The 1 lb box states that it is approximately 3 3/4 cups. I had to add at least another cup of sugar. I sprayed my hands with cooking oil to be able to roll the sticky dough. Dipping was tough but fun - I don't think I had the proper tools. Overall,..."

"First try was a great success. I brought them to my sister's house for treats for the kids. They were enjoyed by all and only one celiac among us! Outstanding dough - so easy to handle. I started slicing the roll of dough as suggested, but found myself reshaping the dough. I decided to make walnut size balls and flatten them with my hand. Worked o..."
