Reviewed Almond Biscotti
"This is such an excellent recipe! Though, with saying that I did change two things. I doubled the flavoring (the first time I used amaretto, the second time I used the rum/almond combo and I couldn't taste the difference) because the first time I made these my husband and I could hardly taste the amaretto. I also cut back on the cooking time bec..."

Reviewed Venison Steak Sandwich W/ Caramelized Onions
"I love, love, LOVE this recipe! Every time I make it for my husband he tells me that he thinks it's one of the best venison recipes I've made yet. The only thing I switched up slightly was the steak marinade (because of what I had on hand) and it still turned out amazing. Thank you!"

Reviewed P. F. Chang's Mongolian Beef
"I made this with venison instead of beef because that's what I had around and it turned out pretty good! Next time I may try it with beef and see how it differs. Thank you!"

Hello!
My name is Sarah. I'm currently living in Minnesota and I LOVE food (and wine!). I'm becoming more creative with my cooking and love the recipes on this webpage. If you knew me about 6 years ago you would know that I would have never tried to make anymore more challanging then mac n' cheese. However, one I met my husband to be, things changed. He became my inspiration. He knows how to do pretty much everything in the kitchen and because I wanted to cook for him, I had him teach me what to do in a kitchen. Now, I'm the cook and he's the worker. Though, he still keeps all his cooking skills on hand everyday with his job (he works at Olive Garden).
