"Ohhhhhhh this was good! This was my first try at using a frozen fish log ... this was so easy and DELICIOUS... my DH and I loved it and I will definitely make it again. Thank you again! It helped make our otherwise difficult New Year much sweeter! ETA: I've been making this over and over again and I can't tell you how much we enjoy it. I..."
"I made these last night and tonight, the last two nights of Chanukah. Last night I followed the recipe as written but found that the flour made them very thick and pasty, even after adding more eggbeaters and letting them set up. I also added onion powder both nights. I fried them in a non-stick pan sprayed with olive oil spray. We were not crazy ..."
"I had not made matzo brei in many years and wanted to make sure I had the proportions correct. This was fabulous and my husband- who has rarely had matzo brei ( his family is "non-gebrokts") absolutely LOVED it. I used butter b/c I could not find any decent kosher-for-passover margarine this year. If I make it after Pesach I'll use my Smart Balanc..."
"I changed this around a little to deal with what I had on hand. I used frozen cauliflower and because I had less than one whole head of cauliflower- I used less garlic and I omitted the salt. It was still garlicky and DELICIOUS! I also sprayed the pan to make clean up easier and went easy on the oil. Thanks again for a great recipe! We loved it!"
"Completely hysterical! The next time I have to feed 3800 people I will definitely remember this! You realize that, if the buffalo was slaughtered properly, this would actually be kosher... except of course for the bunny(".... some people do not like to find hare in their stew")"
"This was WONDERFUL.... I was looking for an easy non-mayo potato salad recipe and this is perfect! I tasted it right after I made it and then let it sit until the rest of my dinner was ready ( about an hour-and-a-half) and that standing time REALLY makes a difference....The flavors really meld into the potatoes. I refrigerated the leftovers and th..."
"Mirj- I made this for erev Shavuot because I had to work that day and knew I would have very little time to make dinner. What can I say- it's SO incredibly easy and my husband LOVED it! (I loved it too!!!) He loved it so much he wanted it again Thursday! The only thing I did differently was crushing the cornflakes for the topping. We were going aw..."
"This was so delicious! We were definitely in need of some comfort food when I made this and it fit the bill perfectly! It's really so easy to make and anyone who knows me knows thats important to me! My husband, who has ancestral roots in the Bukavina (the old Austro-Hungarian Empire) said his grandmother made something similar. He loved this too...."
