"SO GREAT! I had no soup or tomato sauce so I used a can of tomatoes and green chilies and a can of diced tomatoes and black beans drained instead. I had no time to simmer for 30 minutes so I just put it all in the oven asap and it was great. Everyone raved!I also doubled the hamburger and used a lb of pasta."

"Very good. Quick and easy. I used lemon juice instead of zest. I also added a little sage and oregano to the breadcrumbs. Everyone loved it. Served with Garlic baked potatoes and broccoli."

"AMAZING! Made these last night and the whole family loved them. I added more garlic and grated my own parmesan cheese from a block I had. The flavor was great. I baked them 10 minutes longer to crisp up the bottoms. My kids argued over the ones that were more crispy. So quick and easy. Served with baked cod and broccoli."

"BEST EVER. It has become a party staple. Everyone asks for a copy of this recipe. I always double the recipe and make one for our family because it is the first thing gone!! I serve mine with Frito's Scoops. So much better than regular chips."
