Reviewed Moroccan Spiced Chickpea Soup
"Amazing! I just made this over the weekend. I used two cans of chickpeas, low sodium vegetable broth, and no salt added diced tomatoes. I doubled the amount of cumin (I like it spicy) and also added about 1/2 cup each of diced carrots and red pepper. I too, added some fresh lemon at the end and it came out sooo good! This is definitely a keeper! "

Reviewed Three Bean and Beef Chili
"Yummm!!! One of the best chili recipes I have tried. It's simple, healthy, and delicious. I like spice, so I added more cumin and chili powder than called for. I have also made this with lean turkey meat and comes out just as delicious. "

Reviewed Pizza Pockets
"I made these for a Superbowl Sunday appetizer. They were devoured!! Although they didn't come out perfectly shaped, everyone loved the taste. The crust came out crispy, and the filling was perfect. The hardest part for me was trying to make them evenly shaped, that obviously didn't happen, but no one seemed to mind. As always, great recipe Giada! "

Reviewed Orecchiette with Roasted Fennel and Sausage
"This was a great meal!! Like most reviews said, I also roasted the fennel about 20 minutes so that it didn't burn. I used hot turkey sausage and followed the rest of the recipe. It was amazing! All the ingredients complimented each other so well. My boyfriend went back for thirds! I will definitely be making this again. Grazie Giada! "
