"These are delicious! I just ate my first few so I can't speak to their effectiveness yet, but I'm sick and noticed a drop in my supply so I'm hoping these will do the trick!"

    Reviewed Haddock Supreme

"This was very tasty. I made the full amount of the sauce and only made 1lb haddock and didn't really seem like much sauce so I feel it could use a bit more. I liked the addition of the ketchup to the breading. My husband and I enjoyed this very much!"

Reviewed Pork Chops With Apple Gravy OAMC

"The pork chops turn out so moist with this recipe! I'm not a pork chop fan, but this recipe was pretty good. I couldn't taste much of the apple flavor and felt that it was overwhelmed a bit by the beef flavor so I'll probably cut back on the beef bouillon next time."

    About Me

I joined Recipezaar to learn new recipes that are home cooked. I grew up having ready-meals like Encor and Stouffers and needed recipes that don't simply require opening a box and plopping in the oven! I enjoy cooking when I have the time to try new dishes. I make every recipe as written if I'm reviewing it to give a true review. If I make alterations that aren't in the directions, I don't feel it's a true reflection of the recipe; it's another recipe to me.

    Favorite Foods

I love to make pasta dishes. My favorite restaurants are the Olive Garden and Texas Roadhouse. I lived in Tennessee for a while and love good barbecue, biscuits, and was absolutely delighted to find Red Velvet cake mix at a Wal-Mart not too far from here, and okra at an Indian import store!
