"This really is a five minute recipe and not too spicy for little ones. Thanks for posting!"

"I honestly don't know what I can add to these reviews, but I'll just say that I love the fact that it's so easy, that it doesn't require more prep work than just making the meatballs up and popping them into the sauce. The best thing about the taste is that none of the flavours are competing against each other. To form the balls, I used my medium..."

"This is really easy and tastes great. For the roux, I used 1/4 cup flour with the butter (I also sauteed finely chopped onion here too) and added just over a cup of milk. I added 1/2 tsp of both garlic powder and basil. I only used 3 chicken breasts, cut them very small, put in a skillet with a little PAM and a good dash of garlic salt and put t..."

"I usually don't like making subs in recipes posted, but I didn't have all of the ingredients. I used 1 can of northern beans and 1 can of pinto. I didn't have whipping cream, so I just added a tablespoon of prepared cornstarch. I only used 1 can of chilis and few sprinkles of cayenne. So I don't think it was HUGE differences to what's posted. ..."

"MizzNezz, I've made many of your recipes and love them all, so I had no hesitation in making this for the very first time to help cater for after a funeral. I doubled the recipe too. I managed to taste some of it and it was really good; the flavours are robust and it has an amazing smell whilst cooking. I think I might cut the oil a tad, persona..."

Reviewed Chicken Spaghetti
"I loved this! The sauce is really amazing. I used whole milk and not half & half to cut the cals and didn't have time to bake it (hungry kids), but I couldn't stop tasting it as I was waiting on the spaghetti. My my kids liked it and my one-year-old had seconds. I will definitely put this one in our rotation! Thanks for posting."

Born and raised in Scotland, I'm an accidental ex-pat and now reside in south-west Montana. I've been here almost 11 years now. I have an amazing husband, three little boys, a male Cairn terrier and a male cockatiel. Loads of male-ness! I love to cook and have become quite a bit of a foodie.
I'm always on the lookout for a great, classically British recipe. I can't say I have a favourite cookbook, but I love to collect my own recipes in a huge 3" binder. I'll try anything once.
My fave comfort food is meatloaf and homemade macaroni cheese. I also love homemade soup and Indian (curries) and Mexican food.
