I'm an amateur chef and love trying new things. I spend a lot of time in my garden and love using fresh herbs in my cooking. I'll try anything once and am not afraid to try odd or unusual foods. My family are my victims...uh...tasters of my latest concoctions. The tv shows "Bizzare Foods" and "No Reservations" make me want to be there to try something new. I live in Amish country but don't have much interest in Amish meals (with exception to the baked goods). Seriously, you don't have to boil everything.
Ribs or really any kind of slow cooked pork. Sushi. Lamb. Beef, BBQ, seafood, italian, french, vietnamese, chinese, thai, indian, and greek are all foods that I like. I'll try anything.
