"Yum! Made the skins according to the recipe, but changed the filling slightly. I combined half the pulp, bacon, 1/4 cup sour cream, green onions and 1/4 cup cream cheese. I half filled the skins then topped with cheese and melted the cheese in the oven. A huge hit at my New Year's Eve party!"
