"If I knew biscotti were so easy to make, I'd have made them years ago! WONderful recipe!! Ironically, I did not have any chocolate chips on hand but had a hearty supply of cinnamon chips, so I used double cinnamon and no chocolate. I also substituted finely chopped walnuts instead of pecans only because that's what I had handy. Bumping the con..."

"I was skeptical about a thick, rich soup taking only 20 minutes to simmer but pleasantly surprised at the outcome. I did nuke the squash in the microwave for 10 minutes first, as I don't have the patience to work with the tough butternut peels. I also added a few dashes of ginger (as others here have recommended and some Lawry's pepper (my per..."

"Sooooo good! I substituted fat free half & half for the cream but didn't change anything else. Even with the substitute, I still found it to be rich and flavorful. I can only imagine how sinful it would be with the real deal. Thank you for sharing! It's a keeper! ;D"

"Quick and easy recipe! After I placed the shrimp on the baking sheet, I flipped them over and coated with the rest of the coconut-panko mixture just to make sure I was thorough (I always have a hard time getting coconut to "stick". Some of the reviews recommended grinding the c-nut first to help it stick better. The shrimp/mixture burned sligh..."

"I first made this recipe after finding it in a Southern Living magazine and was so relieved to find it here after I lost my original copy. I've made it several times over w/o making any changes, and everyone always raves. It's definitely a keeper!! Thank you for posting!!"

"Overall, this was a fabulous dish and definitely going into my "keeper" file! Next time I will add a tad bit extra broth, as I agree with some other reviewers that it was a little on the thick side. I only had low-fat sour cream on hand, but it was just fine for my husband and me. I'm sure it will be even more delish with the real deal. I also..."

"Loved it ... thanks for sharing!! I eliminated the 1 cup of water for a thicker chili (agreed w/other feedbacks that it could have been too soupy otherwise and followed the rest of the recipe to the "T". I let it simmer in a crock pot on low for about 4 hrs. Super easy recipe with lots of flavor. 5 Stars : !!"

"Very easy soup to make with a good, rich flavor. I reduced the broth to 2 cups to thicken it up a bit. I also like a spicy edge when cooking, so I added some cayenne pepper and garlic. Next time, I think I'll try it with gnocchi instead of mushrooms for a new twist. Overall, it's a keeper in our house :"
