Explanation of my seemingly strange public name: 7 years ago I lost over 100 pounds and since then have continued to build muscle mass, definition, proportion, and symetry. Although I have never competed, I live the lifestyle of a bodybuilder and love doing it so much that I cannot conceive of a time in my life when I will ever stop.
Although my diet is very strict, I love to cook and enjoy eating as much as anybody. Once a month I cheat on my diet for two days in a row, and I enjoy being able to make healthy modifications to old favorites that I have given up, and enjoy even more making tasty dishes that are healthy enough to eat on a daily basis.
Once a week my housemates and I cook, this week was my turn to pick, and I found this website in search of a good meatloaf recipe. I registered just so that I could write reviews of the wonderful recipes that we enjoyed today (applesauce meatloaf, mashed sweet potatoes, and low fat cornbread).
