"This turned out pretty well. I will probably make this again. I was unable to find 1 1/4 ounce packages for any of the seasonings, but the roast still tasted very good. I added carrots about one hour before serving and used about 1/4 cup of the roast juices in my mashed potatoes instead of adding salt. Thank you for sharing."
