Reviewed Dr Nick's Pork Soft Tacos

"I needed a simple recipe for pork but one that didn't produce a super sweet taste. I made this and the pork turned out fantastic. To be honest with you I will never use any other recipe now. I went to make it a 2nd time and realized I had not rated it. I was worried at first that the spices would be too strong but they weren't at all. This is a gr..."

    Reviewed Seasoned Baked Cod

"I'm amazed at how easy this was and how well the fish cooked. I took it out of the oven after 40 minutes. I use only fresh fish and not previously frozen which makes a huge difference in the end product. I would recommend being careful of that. Perfect recipe for my diet and excellent tasting fish. A true keeper! Just a note - My piece of fish was ..."

Reviewed Panko Fried Oysters for Two

"Wow! I've never been able to make these at home without flopping and throwing them away. The breading was very very good. I didn't refrigerate but fried them right away and wasn't able to make the sauce but it sounds good. I made them exactly as recipe states. Make sure you follow the instructions mentioned about only frying a couple at a time and ..."

    About Me

I am married and have no children. I never learned to cook until about 3 years ago now I'm having a blast with it and love cooking for my husband! We're just your basic average couple next door type. This web site is my favorite on the internet as I have literally learned how to cook from it. We love to try and review new recipes as often as possible. I really got a kick out of it when after my first try at making baby back ribs they ended up being the best we had ever tasted. Thanks to this site and the wonderful chefs that post here!

The screen name "Seashorewalker" comes from the fact that I love visiting the beach to collect seashells. I live in Arizona so it's a rare treat when I get to do this.

    Favorite Foods

Favorite foods... Just about everything except calamari, caviar & snails.

Foods I hated before Zaar and now LOVE because of some fantastic recipes posted here.. Brussel Sprouts & Asparagus.
