    I enjoy trying new recipes and putting my individual twist to them. When I travel I alway visit the local markets and the supermarkets, one learn so much from the food people eat.

    I am working on making traditional Caribbean food healthier - rice and peas with coconut milk to rice and pea with less coconut milk and a bit of sesame oil.

    I like going to a family style restaurant with an adventurous group. Carmine in New York so far is one of my best. Had the best Pina Colada in Ste. Martin by Rosie on the Pier. Tuna and egg pizza in a town near to Aix en Provence in the South of France. Cafe du Monde beignets never have enough. Shepherd Pie in Glasgow - food is getting there as the place gets diverse. Dim Sum in Chinatown NY and still looking for a good Singapore restaurant like the one I went to in SF.
