    About Me

    I'm an American who's been living in the UK for four years now with my husband and son.  I never really cared about cooking and maybe that's why I've been overweight most of my life.  Recently though, I've gone low carb and I've lost over 20lbs in 2.5 months so I'm very happy with the life style change.  And that's without even discussing the major issues for myself and my son that have cleared up since we took it on with physician's approval. 

    I've learned to cook VERY well in a short amt of time thanks to the necessity of making my own unprocessed nosh that is full of wholesome goodness.  Since my mother passed away several years before my interest peaked, I must rely on the good folks who share their recipes online to feed my family with wholesome concoctions!
