    About Me

    I live on the beautiful central coast of California, in an aspiring wine region with my husband and 3 kids. I just went back to work full time. I love great wine and great food, It is hard to pick a favorite cookbook- Mary Ann Esposito's Ciao Italia comes to mind. I wish I had an Italian Nonna! If (and when) I get a month off, I would spend it eating my way through South America.

    Favorite Foods

    I love Italian. I also love French, Peruvian, Thai, Japanese and Cuban! I have extensive experience cooking Mexican and am probably best known for my flan. Here in San Luis Obispo County, we have many wonderful and affordable restaurants serving a wide range of regional cuisine. My town has 4 French- owned restaurants, from a pastry/ casual lunch shop to a 4 star bistro. It's so hard to pick a favorite!
