"Did this with boneless chicken thighs. Mods included using 2 bottles of the sauce, 2 cans of the pineapple tidbits and a little more pineapple juice and brown sugar. I cooked on high for 5 hours and then added the veggies. The sauce turned out tangy sweet and the meat was just perfect. Very nice dinner with fresh rice. Easy to make for sure. ..."

    About Me

I am a nurse that works night shift in Labor and Delivery. I am also a sewer and a quilter. These are my passions and you will find me in my sewing room most of my free time. I love to cook but hate to clean. I am more open to new recipes but I sometimes have to coax my DH to try. Once he does and he likes it then it is okay.

    Favorite Foods

I love good crusty breads, hearty stews and things that are fast and easy to make. I love one pot meals that gives great leftovers. I love the crock pot so I always look for new and different things to make. I like to bake but neither of us has a large sweet tooth. Most of the baked goods, cakes, pies etc, go stale before they are used up so I don't make them a lot for us.
