"A cinch to prepare. I did not eat this, but my son who LOVES salmon wolfed it down and said it tasted like a dish you'd find in a 5 star restaurant. Served w/ couscous and braised spinach. I did not have pineapple so I subbed fresh juiced orange in place of.

"I've made Sw Pot fries before and they never turned out crispy. This recipe nailed it! I made my own version of the avocado dip with fresh cilantro, omitted jalapenos and scallions and added dried onion flakes (DH not an onion fan . I also omitted coriander from spice blend."

"Refreshing--that's how I'd describe this salad! I used napa, cilantro, carrots, beans sprouts and chopped yellow onion as my base. Kept dressing same except I did not have brown rice syrup. Use same amount called for in the rice syrup as agave to sweeten it a bit. Looking forward to tomorrows lunch as I am having this again!"

"I doubled recipe for a Gallon pitcher. For the doubled recipe I reduced sugar from 3-4 cups sugar to 1 1/3 cups and added 1/3 cup Spenda. Best Sweet Tea EVER! My DH who has NEVER been a real tea drinker, inhaled the first pitcher."
