"This was a very good seasoning mix. I thought it might be a bit strong to rub directly on the chicken so I threw it in the blender with some bread crumbs and used the mix as a fried chicken dredge. It was fantastic, but a bit salty. I will make it again, but next time I'll cut the salt to 1tbls."

"Delicious! I followed the recipe exactly, except I used little ramekins, using the same oven temp and time and it turned out great. It makes for a beatiful presentaion on it own. I was worried the cream cheese would make it taste to much like cheese cake but not at all. It had a very traditional taste, like the flan on my Abuelita's dessert table!"

"Very good! My friend hates bell peppers but he ate them anyway because he loved the taste of the marinade so much. I think the liquid smoke really seals the deal, I have an indoor grill but it really makes it taste like it's hot off the BBQ. Thanks!"
